		<description>Obama&#039;s Speech to the &quot;children&quot; is the first Campaign Speech of the 2012 Presidential Election. Seniors, Juniors and many sophomores will be elegible voters in that election. Obama will have a huge audience of educators, both staff and faculty if he has his way and this is made mandatory. No wonder the NEA is so hot to have it as required reading.
