		<description>Good Morning,
I want to introduce you to the newly-published Chain Gang Elementary, a unique look at the dynamics of dysfunction at a fictional suburban grade school. To put it bluntly, Chain Gang Elementary is a tale of war between a PTA president and a grade-school principal, with casualties. And jokes. Think of it as One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest for public education. It’s funny. It’s not so funny. You could actually use it as a textbook on how NOT to conduct parent-administrator relationships. I hope, after giving it a look, you’ll want to run a review or post about it.
I’m an Atlanta writer, and while it may seem that the novel’s plot has been ripped from today’s headlines–PTA embezzlement, testing scandals, immigration/diversity issues, and cultural war—this book has been many years in the making.
For your information, I’ve included links to a news release and author Q&amp;A on the book’s website: http://chaingangelementary.com/?p=719 (Q&amp;A) or http://chaingangelementary.com/?p=744 (News Release). While you’re there, check out the Chain Gang Blog, my Darwin Awards-like take on crime, education, public policy, and whatever else I find weirdly fascinating.
Please let me know if there’s anything else you need. Review copies are available; simple email your request to info@thornbriarpress.com stating the organization you represent. I am also available for interview. Send an email or give me a call at (770) 492-9855 to set it up.
Thank you very much for your consideration. I look forward to hearing from you.
